How it works
Every coin launched on Worldpad gets its own multiplayer world. The money paths are a Solana program; the world itself runs on our game server.
Launch
You launch a pump.fun coin through the pad: one transaction creates the coin, takes an optional dev buy (up to 2 SOL and 10% of the supply) and pays the launch fee of 0.02 SOL. The coin's pump creator is the coin's own account on the pad, so its creator fee is split on chain: 50% to you, 50% to the pad that hosts the world. Your share waits in the coin account and is paid only to your dev wallet.
The gate: a world opens on X
A new world is locked. Log in with X and your dev wallet (the wallet signs a sign-in text), get a 6-letter code and post the world link with the code from that X account. The X account must be at least 7 days old. The service reads the post without any X API key (public embed endpoints), checks the author, that it is a new post and that the code and link are in it, and then the attestor key records open_world on chain. Opening is final: a post deleted later only changes the badge to "post removed".
Holder plots
Holders claim a fenced plot around spawn; only the owner digs and builds inside. The size follows the share of the supply you hold, with thresholds fixed in the coin at launch:
| Plot | Share of supply | Tokens |
|---|
Balances count every token account of your wallet. The service reads them every 10 minutes and takes the lowest reading of the last 20 minutes (at least two readings 10 minutes apart): a flash buy waits 10 minutes, a sale takes the fence down at the next check. A plot left alone for 7 days is freed.
Sponsors
Every world has five slots: the totem at spawn and four billboards. Each is an English auction for the next lease of 7 days; it runs at least 24 hours, a bid in the last 10 minutes extends it (up to 24 hours in total). Minimum bids: totem 0.2 SOL, billboard 0.05 SOL, each new bid at least 5% higher. An outbid bid is refunded in the same transaction. The winning bid sits in the slot account and is released second by second over the lease: 70% to the coin's buyback, 30% to the pad. The guardian can take a bad creative down; the unreleased rest goes back to the sponsor, never to us.
Buyback and plot rewards
Anyone can run a buyback chunk; the keeper does it every tick. Each chunk is a guarded program buy: the price must match a median of recent on-chain observations, the buy is capped at 0.5% of the curve (0.25% of a PumpSwap pool), one per coin per slot, and nothing may trade in front of it in the same transaction. Of the tokens bought, 50% are burned and 50% go to the plot-reward pool. Every 7 days a reward round opens; plot holders claim their share (1 / 2 / 3 shares by plot size) with a voucher signed by the attestor, for 30 days. Anyone can also donate SOL to a coin's buyback.
Parameters (live)
Trust points
Attestor (a hot key on the service box) opens worlds, can change the shown post and signs plot-reward vouchers, capped by each round's budget. It never touches SOL. Guardian (kept off the box) revokes the attestor at once and takes slots down; a stolen guardian can only refund sponsors early. Admin pauses new launches and bids, changes parameters for future coins after 24 hours and roles after 3 days. Nobody can move a slot's escrow anywhere but to its own sponsor or bidder, the coin's buyback and the pad share fixed at launch; nobody can move the dev's fee share anywhere but to the dev.
Known risks: pump.fun's own admin powers over a coin's creator; the keyless X endpoints are undocumented (an unknown read never opens a world); plot-reward weights come from the game's plot list, an off-chain decision bounded by each round's budget; aged X accounts can be bought.
